When setting up your CloudCuddle bed tent, please check that it is not set up next to hard or sharp objects. Do not set up the CloudCuddle bed tent near a fire as this may pose a fire risk. Keep sharp objects and toys with sharp or pointed edges away from the CloudCuddle bed tent. That way, you ensure that your CloudCuddle bed tent is protected from damage.
We recommend waiting three hours before using it the first time you set up a CloudCuddle.
CloudCuddle Junior has 8 tensioning straps: 4 under the mattress (3 on the short side and 1 on the long side) and 4 on the bed frame (attach to the legs of the bed frame and make sure the buckles are securely fastened so they cannot shift).
CloudCuddle Maxx has 4 additional tensioning straps that can be attached to the head and foot end of the bed if possible.
No, the 4 tensioning straps have been specifically designed to be secured under the mattress. They are not suited for fastening to the bed frame or other hard structures.
To zip up the mesh, make sure the sliders are aligned on the most horizontal part of the zip and the puller is laid flat against the zip.
Small pullers make it more difficult for children inside the bed tent to grab them especially when the puller is not laid flat against the mesh.
The lightweight CloudCuddle Junior and Maxx come with a handy carry bag for easy transport.
CloudCuddle is not on the list of medical devices that you can carry on board. It must be checked or you can bring it on board as two carry-ons.
