The CloudCuddle bed tent comes with a 1-year warranty for material and manufacturing defects. This cover defects that have an impact on safety, such as problems with the frame, the pump, the ventilation system or the zips, as well as seams coming undone or textile defects due to manufacturing.

The CloudCuddle warranty does not apply to wear and tear resulting from normal use, damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance (cleaning the CloudCuddle with aggressive chemicals), damage caused by external factors (pets, sharp objects, fire or moisture) and damage caused by modifications or repairs carried out by third parties that are not approved by CloudCuddle.
Fill out the warranty claim form to report damage. Email it to info@clouddcuddle.com. CloudCuddle will then process and assess your claim. A decision will be taken within 5 business days, after which you will be informed of the decision. If the defect is covered by the product warranty, CloudCuddle will repair or replace the part for free. If it is not covered by the product warranty, you will receive a quote for repair of the CloudCuddle.
The warranty applies if the warranty form has been completed in full, proof of purchase is provided, the labels are intact and legible, and any defects or incorrect deliveries are reported to CloudCuddle within 14 days of receipt to info@cloudcuddle.com. Any damage must be reported within the warranty period.
If the claim is covered under the warranty, the cost of returning the product and reshipment will be covered by CloudCuddle.
You can get a replacement CloudCuddle bed tent in case of repairs and structural use.
There is an obligation to report defects: Visible defects must be reported within 14 days using the warranty claim form and sent to info@cloudcuddle.com.
Visible defects are damage or defects that are immediately noticeable upon unpacking or assembly, such as transport damage (e.g., a torn box or dent in the pump), missing parts, a frame that does not inflate, a tear in the mesh or a damaged cover.
