Always use the original CloudCuddle pump.
It takes 30 to 35 full strokes to inflate the CloudCuddle Junior.
It takes 70 full strokes to inflate the CloudCuddle Maxx.
Pump until the frame is firm and can no longer be squeezed.
The pressure of the pump of the CloudCuddle Junior is 0.45 bar.
The pressure of the pump of the CloudCuddle Maxx is 0.69 bar.
Always use the pump supplied with the CloudCuddle.
No, we advise against using an electric pump. Overpressure can damage the frame.
We recommend checking the frame weekly and adding air if necessary. Attention: open the tube clamps at the top of the frame.
The main risks are:
- The frame legs may bend, causing the person in the CloudCuddle to end up next to the bed or mattress.
- If the legs bend, there may be too much pressure on the cover seams, causing damage or torn seams.
The tube clamps ensure an even distribution of air across the chambers/legs of the frame. When clamping the tube clamps, you will hear a click; this closes the air connection between the frame legs. That way the frame remains stable and sturdy, even in the event of a small leak or loss of pressure.
The tube clamps may only be opened to add air or deflate the frame.
